A brand book that draws along

imagelab is a studio for brand imagery. You describe a scene, several image models draw it side by side, and a stored brand book keeps palette, light and visual language consistent — whichever model is at work. What comes out is a finished image you can use, rather than an impressive accident.

The idea

Image models are impressive and interchangeable at the same time: everyone gets pretty pictures, hardly anyone gets their pictures. For a brand that's exactly the difference between material and waste — palette, lighting, motifs, taboos.

imagelab captures that knowledge once as a brand book and lays it over every request. “Make me an image” becomes a designed process that someone outside the design team can run too.

People in the picture

The most delicate question with generated brand imagery is real people. imagelab can show your own people as themselves — but only when the description explicitly asks for them. Nobody appears in an image by accident, and who was recognised is shown before anything is generated.

That line is drawn deliberately hard. With images of real people, control matters more than convenience.

In use on this website

The images you see here come from imagelab: the motifs on this site are produced with a single command, checked against the brand book, and then live inside the project. If a motif doesn't fit, the description changes and the image is pulled again — minutes instead of a photo production.

What it does day to day

  • One description, several drafts side by side to choose from
  • The brand book holds palette, light and visual language together
  • Your own people appear only when explicitly asked for
  • Finished images rather than templates — usable straight away
  • A new motif costs minutes, not a production

What sticks

Image models are tools like typography: only a clear brand language turns output into design.
