health concierge
Listen, ask back — and only keep what's evidenced
health concierge is a building block for the dott app: people talk about their situation and their questions, and the system turns that into structured information. Its most important property isn't what it can do — it's what it refrains from. It must not invent anything.

- Status
- Im Bau
- Who it's for
- People with a health question — and everyone collecting their data
- The gain
- No value in the system that someone hasn't confirmed
The iron rule
Every detail the system takes on has to rest on a specific point in the conversation — and is put to the person for confirmation, one by one. What isn't evidenced isn't stored. In a health context that isn't a nicety, it's the precondition: a plausible assumption is more dangerous here than an open gap.
Why a conversation, not a form
Forms are fast for whoever evaluates them and tedious for whoever fills them in — especially about health. A conversation reverses that: you tell it in your own words, and the asking-back happens on the other side. What comes out is still structured enough to work with.
Where it stands
Onboarding and the regular check-in are in place. Some paths are deliberately still open and marked as such — better a clear gap than a half-finished route that costs trust. In a health product, the order matters more than the pace.
What it does day to day
- You speak in your own words instead of filling in a form
- Every detail taken on is put to you for confirmation, one by one
- Nothing unevidenced enters the system — a visible gap instead of a silent assumption
- Your conversation history stays strictly with you
- Open areas are marked as open, not glossed over
What sticks
In a health context, the most important AI ability is leaving things out. Trust comes from what a system doesn't claim.
