firstload
Numbers without following people around
firstload reverses the usual order: privacy first, convenience second. It works without a cookie, so it needs no consent banner — and still answers the questions that actually matter in marketing: where do visitors come from, what works, what leads to an enquiry?

- Status
- Im Bau
- Who it's for
- Websites that want to measure without a consent banner
- The gain
- See your reach — no cookies, no banner click
Why another analytics tool
The usual tools collect so much that you need a consent banner before the first number — which many people click away. What ends up in the statistics afterwards is a slice whose distortion nobody can quantify. So you pay with trust and still don't get a clean basis.
firstload does the opposite: collect less, but completely. If you store nothing that leads back to a person, you don't need to ask anyone for permission either.
What it answers
Where someone came from, what they read, which campaign gave the push and which path led to an enquiry — for several websites kept apart in one system. Visitors are recognised for a day without being identifiable; the next day the trail is gone.
Exactly the slice you actually read. Without the ballast you only store.
In use on this website
This website is a firstload user itself: no cookies, no banner — and I still see which projects and texts get read. Using your own tools in your own day is the most honest test I know.
What it does day to day
- No cookie banner needed — the site starts without a consent click
- Shows origin, campaign impact and the path up to an enquiry
- Visitors are recognised for a day without being identified
- Several websites kept cleanly apart in one system
- A report you actually read instead of a data grave
What sticks
Privacy is a decision made on day one. Features can be retrofitted — trust cannot.
