From my own experience, I know that founding a start-up brings challenges. In my conversations with young founders, I notice time and again that the basics are often still lacking. Since start-ups are especially close to my heart and I want them to succeed, from now on I will again offer free mentoring on a regular basis.

In over 10 start-ups and more than 25 years of professional experience, I have seen and experienced a lot. I would like to use my knowledge, valuable tips and tricks, as well as my connections, to support young founders. In a "Reality Check" we discuss e.g. business models, technology platforms and marketing strategies.

The topic of growth is very important to me personally. To give young companies the opportunity to grow, I would like to support them as a mentor with my experience in business, technology and marketing.

From market analyses to tech platforms and tools to customer journeys and automation, I support start-ups and guide them in the right direction.

Mentoring free of charge

Right in the first round there is valuable feedback from me. If we sense that there is a fit between us and that we can achieve even more together, then there is the option of further free talks. I also work with a few start-ups on a permanent basis as a mentor in exchange for equity or a seat on their advisory board.
